  • Trunk or Treat

Trunk or Treat is this weekend on Sunday from 6-7PM. Sign up here to get involved or email Pati Greene directly at [email protected]! As we head towards Sunday, let’s remember Jesus' encouragement: “You are the light of the world. A city set on a hill cannot be hidden. Nor do people light a lamp and put it under a basket, but on a stand, and it gives light to all in the house. In the same way, let your light shine before others, so that they may see your good works and give glory to your Father who is in heaven. Matthew 5:14-16, ESV Let’s shine the Light together…. And PRAY, PRAY, PRAY for the salvation our neighbors, friends and families! Pray for God's power to illuminate the hearts and minds of our loved ones…so they may join us in the Kingdom of Light!

  • John 4

Please join us Sunday as we continue our series in the gospel of John! Elder Sam Perry will share from John chapter 4 how the famous story of Jesus and the woman at the well is relevant to our lives today. Culture, religion, race, gender...Jesus cut through it all to share with a lonely woman about eternal life. We encourage you to read chapter 4 ahead of time and ask God to reveal his truth to you today. You can also ponder these questions as we approach Sunday's exposition of the passage!

  • Elder Nominations

The Elder Team is seeking nominations from the congregation for new Elders.  Anyone who is a regular church attender may make a nomination. This letter describes the commitment and requirements for Elders as listed in the Bylaws, where to provide your recommendations and the timeframe for the process leading up to voting at the Church Annual Meeting in January 2024. You may contact any Elder with questions or to submit a nomination at [email protected]. Thank you for your prayerful consideration as we seek God's will to encourage, shepherd and lead Oxford Bible Fellowship!

  • Discipleship Jumpstart

We all need others. We need others who will ask how we are doing, concern themselves with our growth and maturity, and offer love and grace in our brokenness. We also need others that we can come alongside to encourage, strengthen, and mentor towards a more mature relationship with Christ. If you have considered inviting someone to invest in your own spiritual maturity but didn't know how or what that could look like, Discipleship Jumpstart is for you! If you have wanted to invest in the spiritual maturity of others but didn't know how to get started, Discipleship Jumpstart is for you! Join us on November 19th from 9-10:15am, for an interactive time that will help to jumpstart a culture of discipleship at OBF! Please register here.
